Repossessed homes

Each quarter, the Association of Danish Mortgage Banks calculates the number of owner-occupied homes repossessed by mortgage banks due to defaults on mortgage payments.

The calculation is made as an aggregate of all private homes, i.e., single family and terrace houses, owner-occupied flats and holiday homes. The statistics are based on reports from the mortgage banks.
